Revolutions happen out on the street. They also happen in homes, around dinner tables, among and across generations. They happen in conversations, in classrooms, in quiet moments between lovers and strangers and people you meet in moments passing by.
If you are not a body on a front line - How are you part of the revolution at home? In your daily interactions? At family dinners? On the street? In the structure of your business? In the fabric of your lives?
As the inimitable Audio Lorde has said, 'Revolution is not a one time event.' We can and should expect to do this work not just right now, but for as long as it takes.
When the social/media buzz dies down, will you still hold yourself accountable?
