Emotional support comes in many forms.


Have you checked in on a loved one lately?

Rather than asking them to “let us know if there’s anything we can do” how about we provide those we’re caring for options: a) Can I call you? b) Can I meet you for a walk? c) Can I drop something over for you for dinner?

Let them tell you what they need.

When we’re in our time of need, letting people know what we need can be extremely difficult. It’s far easier to choose an option already laid out for us.

Text a friend today. Even your strong one. Check in.
