Our experiences pertaining to our physical and emotional body, consciously and subconsciously, affect all areas of our lives.

How we are and how we feel in our bodies can take ownership or ransom over our relationships, our productivity, our motivation, and can rule our wellbeing at large. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we can pay closer attention to our bodies; and better understand their physical and emotional complexities, we can begin to better understand ourselves; our patterns, behaviours and beliefs.

Self-understanding begets intentional and insightful self-practice. In order to move forward, we must first uncover what we have learnt and now know.
